Last night I the article "100 Things Your Kids May Never Know About". It was written for Wired magazine & opened up by mentioning the 40th anniversary of the moon landing. I attended Emmanual Lutheran School in West Asheville at the time as a kindergartner. I remember my mom bringing a black & white television equipped with "rabbit ears" to the classroom so we could all watch the moon landing.
I wasn't impressed back then. I am now.
At any rate, things have definitely changed for me as I'm sure they have for all of you. The article reminded me of all kinds of cool memories.
