Raw Food VitaMix Recipe

High protein low carb? No problem! This one really fills you up. My nephew doesn't even know it's good for him : )

1 tbs raw sunflower seeds
1 tbs flax
3 tbs raw hemp seeds (find in health food stores)
2 tbs raw almonds
1 tbs raw chocolate
1 cup blueberries
2 tbs raw agave nector

24 oz pure water
1 cup ice

Mix on variable/high for about 1-2 minutes till smooth.
