Superbowl Chili Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 2 cans white beans
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1 pint fresh mushrooms-drained & sliced
  • 1 medium chopped yellow onion
  • 1 can green chilis
  • 1 small can jalapenos
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon fresh black pepper
  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts--cooked & diced
  • 1 can chicken broth
Mix everything together & put in a crockpot on high for 4 hours. Eat with jalapeno cornbread, garnish with montery jack or sour cream.
